Essential Qualifications
• MS, J.D. or B.B.A. with 5 + years in commercial-contracts management
• Proficient with CLM systems and ISO 9001 / ISO 44001 best practices
Responsibility Highlights
• Red-line and harmonize master-service, frame, and task-order agreements
• Build contract-risk matrices (scope, liability, cyber, ESG clauses)
• Design supplier-performance dashboards and quarterly-business-review packs
• Train client stakeholders on obligations tracking and change-order workflow
