Essential Qualifications
• Prosci®/ADKAR® or comparable change-management certification
• Experience creating blended-learning modules (LMS, classroom, micro-videos)
Responsibility Highlights
• Build change-impact assessments and stakeholders’ heat-maps
• Craft communication materials (FAQs, newsletters, town-hall decks)
• Develop training curricula and job aids for procurement, engineering & finance users
• Track adoption metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
