Essential Qualifications
•    Degree in Sustainability, Supply-Chain, or Public Policy
•    Knowledge of supplier-diversity certifications and ESG reporting frameworks

Responsibility Highlights
•    Map current spend against diversity and sustainability benchmarks
•    Develop outreach and capability-building workshops for target suppliers
•    Create scorecards and reporting packages for quarterly ESG updates
•    Coordinate with sourcing teams to embed diversity goals into RFP criteria
