Lead cross-functional construction and utilities activities in cleanroom environments (non-electrical scope). You will coordinate across multiple departments, drive schedule adherence and field execution, and ensure work meets EHS, cGMP, quality, and operational requirements.
Plan, sequence, and oversee day-to-day construction and utilities tasks in cleanrooms (non-electrical).
Coordinate contractors and subcontractors; track progress, remove roadblocks, and maintain milestone dates.
Interface with area owners to align documentation, materials, permits, and training ahead of execution.
Support equipment activities (new and existing systems) with Validation, Manufacturing, and Facilities.
Enforce site EHS/Security practices; maintain look-ahead plans, logs, daily/weekly reports, and meeting minutes.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related) or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated project management experience in pharma/industrial construction or utilities with cleanroom exposure.
Strong field presence, communication, and stakeholder management across multiple departments.
Proficiency with schedule tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera a plus); day-shift availability (7–5).
Experience coordinating multi-trade work in regulated areas, change order evaluation, and contractor performance oversight.
Familiarity with commissioning/qualification interfaces and cGMP documentation expectations.
One day of on-site training followed by computer/system access.
