Job Overview
We are seeking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in pharmaceutical capital projects to support the initiation of new projects, with the expectation of extending support to additional initiatives as needed. Below is a high-level overview of the projects and the responsibilities.  The ideal candidate will manage all phases of project execution—from initial planning to final closeout—while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate objectives. 

Key Responsibilities
o    Lead technical meeting with stakeholders and Syncade software developer
o    Coordinate integration window with impacted areas and supply chain
o    C&Q RFP development
o    Manage software integration & migration
o    Manage C&Q implementation
o    Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs
o    Manage change control process
o    Develop and update cash flow
o    Develop & update integrated project schedule
o    Among other activities
 
Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• 10+ year of experience in pharmaceutical environment
• Experience Managing Capital Projects
• Schedule development &  management(all cycle)
• Business case development experience
• Costs Estimate development experience
• Work independently and with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in cGMP processes
• 30 hrs OSHA
• Scope of work development
• Forecast development & monitoring experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience working as client representative
