Function Overall: Fueling or defueling aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Daily equipment inspection and documentation report.
2 Executed aircraft fueling timely without delays.
3 Fuel Sampling and quality control registration (B/C test – SWD ).
4 E bits Fuel ticket Preparation of slips and other delivery documents.
5 Documentation distribution to all airlines.
6 Deliver Preventive equipment maintenance repair orders to Supervisor.
7 Meter cumulative reading.
8 Ensure Equipment is in proper operating conditions: calibration: manometer, thermometers, measurement tapes, supply vehicle’s pressure system, hoses, meters, etc.
9 Equipment Quality control drain and sampling.
10 SAPS guidelines and JIG requirements adherence.
11 Control and monitor transfers of the various bulk liquid chemicals stored and handled at the facility.
12 Perform product transfers to and from tanks, trucks, and pipelines (direct movements).
13 Operate quality control equipment calibration: thermometers, measurement tapes, hydrometers, etc.
14 Apply basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, discounts, interest, and percentages.
15 Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience:
• High School diploma and technical degree.
• 1 -2 years of experience, referable.
Qualifications:
• Possess/Maintain a valid state Driver's License and other FAA/Airport required identifications and seals.
• Ability to apply basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Able to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Bilingualism in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and is able to work effectively with people.

Equipment and Tools:

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and tablets.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• This would require the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, stand, or stoop, as necessary.
• Ability to perform climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling and moderate lifting.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, over water and not be afraid of heights
Working Conditions:
• Overtime as required.
• Work both indoors and outdoors.
o Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, work is primarily outdoors.
