Job Title: Associate Specialist, Communications
Proposed Job Title: Communication Specialist Purpose:
Responsible for developing and executing key communication and project management activities that align with and reinforce the objectives and goals of the Communications Team. The Communication Specialist will serve as a project management assistant for key departmental initiatives and tactics, including internal communications, corporate branding support, and communication-related activities and vehicles such as meetings and presentations. This role will collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization and with external vendors on key communication initiatives originating from the department.

Qualifications: 
 •Bachelor’s degree in communication or related fields •Experience with social media and digital communication •Proficient and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software •Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills •Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills •Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team Experience Level = 3-5 Years
