Introduction 

We are looking for one qualified technical resource to support the Process Engineering team in the execution of Recapitalization projects, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and general process engineering activities. 
- The technical resource will support the following: 
    Recapitalization and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) projects. 
    Support efforts in design and installation of new equipment (develop scope of work for capital projects, provide options for consideration, provide Fermentation/Purification technical expertise during capital project design and equipment installation/verification, and support coordination of installation). 
    Asset Delivery (C&Q) knowledge. Experience with Kneat application preferred. 
    General process engineering support
    CAPAs and actions implementation 
    Assessments execution and documentation 
    Participate in investigations and problem-solving activities such as root cause analysis, FMEA, and problem analysis 

Responsabilities 
The technical resource will be responsible for activities associated with Process Engineering support, including the definition and implementation of recapitalization and BCP projects, as well as general process engineering support, as assigned by the area Process Engineer and/or the Associate Director – Process Engineering support activities: 

Activities 
• Recapitalization and Business Continuity Plan projects: 
o    Evaluate equipment requiring recapitalization and/or BCP planning and provide implementation recommendations. 
o    Develop required documentation to support capital funding requests, as applicable. 
o    Provide technical input during design and equipment procurement activities, including review of datasheets, design drawings, etc. 
o    Incorporate EHS considerations into proposals, design, and implementation. 
o    Support the development and execution of verification activities within the asset delivery scope, including user requirements, design reviews, verification strategy, and Kneat test case execution. 
o    Provide technical oversight during field implementation activities. 
o    BCP-related activities, actions could include spare parts assessments and spare parts procurement, as applicable. 
• General Process Engineering Support 
o Support the implementation of CAPAs and actions, including procedure updates, engineering documentation revisions, equipment replacements, assessment execution and documentation, and change control generation, among others. 
o Provide technical input and documentation support for problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis, problem analysis, and FMEAs. 
o Provide status updates to process teams and Process Engineering representatives, track ongoing activities, escalate identified issues, and follow up on required approvals.
