- Regulated Industry:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Proven experience working within GMP-regulated facilities (e.g., Pharma, Medical Device, Food & Beverage).<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Equipment Lifecycle:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Hands-on experience in commissioning, qualification, validation, and/or structured maintenance programs.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Documentation Skills:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills with high attention to data integrity.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

- Asset Data Management:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Build and maintain the technical hierarchy, bill of materials (BOM), and spare parts registries for all production line machinery.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Design:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Develop step-by-step job plans and scheduling frequencies for automated manufacturing equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Work Order Optimization:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Review, prioritize, and close out maintenance work orders while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Vendor & Parts Coordination:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Source specialized industrial components, obtain vendor quotes for major overhauls, and manage critical spare parts inventory levels.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Safety & Compliance:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Align all maintenance documentation with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and plant safety protocols.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Experience:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant or heavy production environment.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Software Expertise:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Mastery of manufacturing-focused CMMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo).<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Technical Knowledge:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation (PLC) systems to write accurate repair procedures.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Education:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
