• Asset Data Management:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Build and maintain the technical hierarchy, bill of materials (BOM), and spare parts registries for all production line machinery.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Design:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Develop step-by-step job plans and scheduling frequencies for automated manufacturing equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
• Work Order Optimization:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Review, prioritize, and close out maintenance work orders while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
• Vendor & Parts Coordination:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Source specialized industrial components, obtain vendor quotes for major overhauls, and manage critical spare parts inventory levels.<!--TgQPHd|||[]--><!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
