UKG Support Resource
- 5+ years of Experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM for Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals & Absence Management modules.
- 5+ years of Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM.
- Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and implementing the solution. Including meeting deadlines and identifying risks.
- Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist client in developing a plan for deploying UKG clocks.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Dell Boomi Certified (Optional)
- Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional)
- “a degree” is preferred but not 100% required
