Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering to oversee and manage complex mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising contractor work, reviewing technical plans, developing scopes of work, and managing cost estimates. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight:
o Lead and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion.
o Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Contractor Management:
o Oversee and manage the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
o Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Technical Review & Scope Development:
o Review and interpret engineering blueprints and technical plans.
o Develop and finalize detailed scope of works for project components.
• Cost Estimation:
o Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects.
o Monitor project expenditures and provide timely financial reports.
• Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
o Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners in English and Spanish.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in managing mechanical projects.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3. Technical Expertise:
o Demonstrated experience in mechanical work including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
o Proficiency in contractor management, cost estimation, blueprint review, and scope of works development.
4. Communication Skills:
o Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or related areas.
• Previous experience working in the energy or oil & gas industry.
